Delivery

You are purchasing valuable precious metals. At Heraeus, we prioritize security and discretion. That is why we attach great importance to our logistics. All consignments are therefore fully insured during the entire transportation process until they are handed over to you. 

All our shipments are neutrally packaged and the sender on the parcels is also discreet.

Deliveries by our courier are usually made Mon - Sat between 09:00 and 20:00. 

All orders will be provided with a Secret Key sent via text message (SMS) for authentication purposes during handover. Therefore, it is essential that the number provided during registration is a functional mobile number. If you are not available on the day of delivery, the courier will re-attempt the following day. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to Heraeus. Please contact us to arrange another delivery at your expense.

Deliveries by courier are a flat rate of HKD 80 | USD 10 per order.
